Art and science in the drift of the southern landscape

(Buenos Aires - Tierra del Fuego, 1976)
Multidisciplinary artist. Works at the intersection of photography, video, and experimental music, with a territorial focus and a primary emphasis on southern Patagonia. Her practice operates simultaneously in the realm of art and science.
In 2013, he set up his studio on the South Atlantic coast, Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego (53°46'47”S / 67°40'16”W) . From the same angle and using the tide tables as a guide, between 2014 and 2016 he dedicated himself to the daily photographic record of the low tides and the changes that were generated in the landscape, as a result of the enormous tidal range in the region.
International Research Project Hypertide
Franco-Argentine scientific cooperation project between the CNRS and CONICET, dedicated to the comparative study of the hypertidal waves of the French coast of the English Channel and the coast of Argentine Patagonia, where he coordinates the artistic area .
